Called HHonors on 2/1. Asked for three reward C502's for the Hilton Garden Inn Times Square in NYC. According to the person on the end of the line there was one reward left. Paid for the other two rooms. On 2/3 called HH and they had two more rewards, took them. On 2/5 my daughter, in CT, called and said they could go to NYC. Called HH and managed to get another reward. So, I guess when HHonors tellsl you something is just not available call another day. It worked for me.
