plane - i am planning to take BA from LHR-TXL, VCE-LGW ($180)

overnight train - i love this idea! the train site shows a rate of about 175 euros (the 129 euros is sold out) -- it is 110 euros if i have a eurail pass... problem is that the only other train ride I am taking is from Berlin - Munich which shows a rate of 150 euros.

so 325 euros for the total for both rides or 560 us$ if I do the rail pass.

anyway to get a cheaper overnight? i want only the 1 person bunk.

(i have removed zurich from the itin and added a day to munich and venice)
