Has anyone else noticed this?

I keep pretty close track on my own of the miles that I earn so that I can make sure they post. I've recently started using my SkyMiles number with my Hilton DoubleDip stays, which with the current 1Q bonus means that I'm picking up 1000 miles per stay. Every time I check out of my hotel, I make an entry in my little spreadsheet that I should watch for 1000 miles to post to my SkyMiles account.

The problem is, I never see anything in my online "Account Activity" that corresponds to my 1000 (or 2 X 500) mile deposits from Hilton. I do notice, however, that occasionally my "Available Miles" balance goes up by 1000 miles, which I'm assuming corresponds to my Hilton DoubleDip points.

Does anyone else have this problem and if so, have you been able to resolve it?
