It is legally 6 coupons since your fare is broken. With that said, I've never seen an agent pick up on that, perhaps because their system calculates O&D distance disregarding fare breaks. It certainly seems likely.

I would also check in online. If it says it is going to pull two e-certs, then check in. If not, go to an agent to check in and make sure she only pulls two. Be prepared with an adequate excuse why you are flying so far out of the way, but all check in agents have been familiar with the O&D distance rule.
