As far as Crown Room promotions, the one mentioned above is the current one.

Was the one that ran from 09/01/01 through 11/15/01, then was extended through 12/15/01. The bonus miles were the same as mention above; the only time DL has offered a 5,000 mile bonus was between 02/19/01 and 04/30/01, and it was for medallions joining or renewing.
