One of our favorites is El Chorro Lodge in Paradise Valley

Super service, world renowned sticky buns and a nice menu with something for everyone. Ummmmm! At this moment, I am sitting in Plano, TX but believe that I will call now and make reservations at El Chorro for tonight.

Here is a blatent pitch for several home town "goodies"; Fountain Hills is next to Scottsdale and hosts two nice art fairs. You're missing the Winter fair by one day.
