Go for TG First class ...

Seats
the plane seat varies because TG seems to use alot of different planes on this route (I've been on an MD-11, older 747 and medium-age 747)..but all of these are fine in first class on such a short flight....

Service
also TG first class service (ground and in-flight) is friendly and excellent in my opinion .....you also get complimentary Benz service from your door in Bangkok to BKK airport, which is very nice (be sure to call (02)-973-3199) in advance and reserve) ....

the TG First (and Biz class for that matter) lounges at BKK airport are great with complimentary foot reflexology or back and shoulder massages.....lots of appetizers like smoked salmon, shrimp, fish, dim sum, etc. and full range of drinks....

upon arrival at the HKG airport, you will be offered a ride in a golf cart to the immigration counters (which is nice if you are tired and want to avoid a long walk, escalator rides and the little shuttle train)...
