I stayed at the Libertador twice in September, and for 3000 points a night (Cat 2) I thought it was a good deal. I was upgraded to a two room suite both times and had the fruit/cake plate or whatever they call it.
The Libertador could do with some updating, but as a Cat 2 SPG hotel I had modest expectations.
