The only problem I've encountered with OneSuite so far - and it is a major headache - is that the 800-dialaround access number is busy 99.9% of the time during peak calling hours 7PM-11PM.
So I use a Sam's Club prepaid card during that time, which although it's a solution, is a pain to have to keep track of another calling card account, PIN, etc. Is the $0.01 savings worth it? Some days I think not, so it's likely I'll just ditch OneSuite soon unless they get another dialaround number, added capacity, or both!
