I'd ask at the FCC. If they say no, then just ask again at the BD lounge - it's before you enter the Green Mile - make sure you don't walk all the way to the gate, as you'll be trapped behind a one-way security door at the end of the tunnel, unable to get back to the lounge without going landside again.
