About two weeks ago I sent an email in regarding a ticketing error that was made, $1200 charge on my AMEX that should have been more in the $354 range. The email went unanswered until today when I received an automated response that had absolutely no textual reference to the email I'd sent only that it (the issue) had been resolved. Yea, the issue was resolved several days ago when I called the GP desk....

Seems like the person in charge of this department has had far too many peanut snacks and drinks and is noticeably absent....
