Excellent customer service at the Oklahoma City call center today. They picked up on the first ring, and when I enquired about being raised to 5* following the return of my 10th rental, she said "of course she could help me with that".

She proceded to look up my record, and since I only returned my 10th car this morning (now in my 11th), my record only showed the 9 rentals. She made herself a note, and will check the system tomorrow, and upgrade me as soon as that 10th rental shows in the system.

She informed me that the new card and information would be sent out to me in that mail once that's updated.

Calling the Oklahoma City office was a great experience... thank you to whom ever found that number!
