That pretty much summarises it. Public and transport access to/from each terminal serviced from the western side of each facility. Infrastructure is already there for the East Terminal, ie existing tunnels and tube/HEX and under construction for the West at T5. The aggressive development programme is helped due to the fact that there is little major reconstruction needed to provide access. Much of the infrastructure is already there.

Additionally, all parking shall be displaced beyond the northern perimeter with access to the terminals by way of light rail transit. Cargo and other associated 'behind the scenes' infrastructure to based south of the southern runway.
