UA arrives in to T3 - bmi will leave from the Green Mile in T1. I should think it's about 40-60 mins gate to gate depending on the time of day. I've heard some commandos bragging about making it in 25

As you will be using the flight connections centre, you'll nominally pass customs there (though there is rarely anyone at the desk), but they may inspect your checked bags in DUB, assuming you have any. The trick for avoiding obvious selection at customs is to remove your non-EU baggage tags from your case (inta-EU tags have a green strip down both sides). You will be required to exit using the Green Channel.
