thanks for the quick response,looked at my world clock and it must be about 6pm or so there. It is always worth a try, all they can do is say no to the standby and the lounge.
What kind of transfer time from arrrival UA gate to BMI gate can I expect, only been in lhr once 2 yrs ago. Will I have to change concourses and exit customs?
