I've been reading up on the Sheraton Chicago Hotel & Towers since I have a stay coming up this Friday night. I must say, the reviews are not reassuring whatsoever... I'm seeing horror stories of moldy bathrooms, horrible attitudes, rooms with bad smells, etc everywhere I look! Should I be worried? I don't have any status with SPG.
