Simply the #1 cr%p thing that UA has done, was to amalgamate the fairly useful 1K and * Gold lines in T6 into a giant Star Alliance Gold, 1st Class, Business Class, Premier and everybody and their dog line in T8. Waited 40 minutes with family in December (yes, with luggage)
