I called Amex and they weren't even able to get a confirmet upgrade at the RC in SIN.
The stated RC benefits are not even valid at all properties. I can't fing SPG Gold at all.
But Amex Lady said, contract had to be renewed and Starwood did not want to give out Plat anymore, we will still get gold, as will Amex Plat customers. SPG was responsible in her opinion, contray to what the SPG Lurker said in
