Could you please elaborate on this a bit? What is the "3 day hold" policy? Are you saying I can book award travel by phone but tell the TA that I don't want to pick a return date right now?
Say I want to do 2 weeks in Australia, so, I call 331 days out and say "please book me outbound and I'll call back in 2 weeks for my return"?
