Chase transfer fees
Has anyone seen any Chase cards that have been targeted to you that offer 'no balance transfer fees'? I read on here one day that there were a few Chase cards that did not charge a balance transfer fee but I cannot find that thread and it must have changed because I called them tonite and they said these are only targeted offers.

Has anyone had one of these offers?
