What Plats don't understand about Silver's, is that our blood pressure doesn't quadruple when that magic email doesn't arrive 4 days out. We don't check our email every 2 minutes thereafter, waiting for the magic email. The uncontrollable sweat doesn't start pouring down our faces as we enter the car for the drive to the airport, still without that magic email. We dont engage in desperate gate flirting, and anger doesn't consume us when the door closes and the realization hits that we got what we paid for.
