I would only agree if it would be in addition to the intra-Schengen lounges. If it would mean a relocation of the Schengen lounges I would be against it. And wouldn't it be more important with a non-Schengen lounge in CPH, there must be much more non-Schengen to non-Schengen connecting pax there?
