Yes we do. They are designed for bags that are a little too big though...not for full size suitcases. If you have a full sized bag, you will probably be requested to check it at the ticket counter.
i was on an MD80 yesterday YVR-SEA in 1F -- the rest of the bins up front were full and the one above my seat is smaller than others. the f/a offered to gate check the bag and when i got to SEA (and was the first one off the plane) the bag was waiting for me. great service!
