I love it too. I picked up a couple of t-shirts in Bangkok with the saying on the front (same same) and back (but different). They get a lot of curious interested looks and positive comments. It's kind of like a cultural codeword for "I've been to Thailand," or SE Asia in general. I know for some people, the expression brings back warm memories of travels to the area. It does for me too.
