I stayed at the St. Regis in Rome in a Jr. Suite in December, supposedly with butler service, and didn't see him (or her) once. Not in a week.

And this *wasn't* an award stay. I was upgraded from an Imperial Room, which ALSO is supposed to have Butler Service.
