Just a word of caution on the Basinettes - while they're great for the flight, our little one (15mth) settled down into it very easily, you need to Jr out if the seatbelt sign comes on and put them back in the lap belt.
Our last flight had the sign coming on very frequently (although not too much noticable turbulence) so eventually I ended up keeping Jr in the bed with me to stop mucking him about.
It was a tight squeeze and i didn't get much sleep but he seemed to tolerate it ok and didn't wake!
So if you're planning on settling your little one down and then getting some kip yourself, remember that the crew will wake you if the seatbelt sign comes on to move the baby.
The crew will explain this when they give you the basinette and were very apologetic each time it occured.
