Kuwait and Jordan. The Middle East does not have the best reputation in America, and I would not have guessed how friendly and hospitable everyone was towards us. We were also concerned about safety, but we never once felt unsafe in either country. Paris, on the other hand, was a disappointment and I would not need to return.
