Worse turbulance was in an ERJ 145 EWR to BNA. I now know what it must be like to be in one of those shaking paint mixers. A couple of nervous fliers let out a couple of screams. We had to fly around for a while to find a clear enoght spot to decend through. was more worried about hitting my head against the side of the plane. ERJ's do handle the bumps with confidence and quickly correct themselves. Best way to decribe ERJ's, they have sports car handleing.
Second worse was EWR to LHR in a 747-400. First two hours were bad. I heard people near the galleries thought the plane was coming apart with the food trollies banging around.
