If it isn't too far out of the way, try the Hyatt Regency Bethesda next time.

Nicer rooms, better gym , also on the Metro. And a lot cheaper over the weekends ($119) on Hyatt.com.

Have not stayed at GHW since this time last year , but the indifferent service over 3 stays at different times led to the discovery of the Bethesda property.

BTW, pity any unsuspecting Hyatt user who is based in Asia and is expecting a 'Grand' Hyatt experience on arrival. The GH properties are so far apart in the US and Asia that it would be a real culture shock...
