Privatair is a wet lease and not an airline, so it really isn't relevant to this thread. Lots of airlines do a wet lease and sometimes the leased planes are in unusual configurations. PrivatAir just happens to have an "all J" config. If it were operating as an airline it would be out of business by now, IMHO.
