The world's cities just seem to get more and more dangerous every year. There is more poverty, desperation, anti America feelings, robberies, muggings, touts, beggars and general despair. Though Americans continue to travel to places that are just plain miserable.

I know that it is "politically correct" to say that most people in the world are good and if you watch out for your self everything will be fine, but in many cities this is just not the case.
