Booking on Continental and miles credit in FB?

I am about to book a ticket in Continental LA to NY and at the site it asks me if I am a Continental OnePass member. I am but I want my miles to be credited in my FB card.
My question is: Will I be credited the miles in both programs or in only one?
If in only one , I shouldn't put my CO OP number, isn't it?
