You might consider to fly MUC - VCE, but otherwise drop either VCE, MUC or ZRH. Train travel could be especially with a heavy bag a little bit hard.

I am not sure, if a change first MUC, than ZRH and than VCE would be an option. Honestly, I would not take a train Berlin - Zurich but fly. MUC - ZRH is not that far.

The more I think about your shedule, the more yes, drop VCE and add a day in MUC and ZRH. And I assume it is a holiday, isn't it?
