I realize the 99.99% figure above was just a figure of speech, but it got me to thinking: just how likely is it that you would get on the flight if you DON'T do the above? That is, what is the percentage of passengers who are bumped, on average, from all the flights in the USA? Anyone have that figure handy? Is it more than 0.01%? Much much more?
