We all agree that the route can be a mixed bag and a good crew often make the trip and a bad one break the mood.

But please remember that several people at AC went above what they are required to do and really made an effort on the OP's behalf. That should be commended and someone who is willing to go the extra mile for you when it is needed, that is what builds loyalty for the program and allow you to put up with things when they don't go the way it should.
