Was gifted yesterday. Passenger next to me in first had multiple health/medical problems and was really demanding of the FA in terms of wanting this and wanting that right now, regardless of push-back, active runway status, etc. (I don't think the passenger had flown very much). FA was just wonderful in terms of responding to the passenger's requests while trying to take care of the entire cabin. I helped with some of the passenger's requests, and while the "Problem" was in the head, FA brought me a bottle of wine as a thank you for my help. Felt like someone should have given the FA a bouquet of roses--I did write Delta to compliment her on her service and patience. It was truly the kind of service that keeps us loyal to Delta, regardless of SGB. So I've got a bottle of red; hope the FA got some recognition from Delta.
