Operational issues drive gate changes quite often.
I noticed this on my flight on Thur - 3 gate changes over the course of the day. Again I find this interesting. My experience with NW is that they post the morning of the day before and changes are very rare. Its not like I see NW flts leaving the gate any slower than CO either.
