My "oversold" conclusion was because:
1. the agent told me so
2. I couldn't get a seat assignment from the agent
3. since making the reservation, aa.com has shown no open
seats in coach
But the conclusion I'm hearing is that as EXP I should be OK (but checkin early in case there are other EXPs in the same position), just don't expect a nice seat...that's ok with me.
