The Galley operator will cook everything before landing because , it will only go to waste if it's left in the chillers and the crew will eat it if the passengers don't!!!!

PS I always bring my own food on flights. Our crew food is foul. I have only eaten airline food on the return leg from some destinations about twice in 2 years. Heinz tom soup for me!!!!
