A AA First - upgrade using Miles/VIP or restricted purchase of First

If you have the miles in your account .. and want to upgrade the whole trip (DFW-?? cannot check) this might be a really good option.

They still have F7 and Y7 available for sale so they are assuming a cruise line will dump some seats at the last minute or there will be loads of no-shows..

As EXP . call and see about using some miles to upgrade .that would certainly be an option since it appears to still be there.. normally its not availble...

Depends on the whole trip . FLL-DFW sure is not worth loads of miles to upgrade, but you list your home in Oregon so assume you may be heading to PDX as your connection .. (the 8:45pm to PDX also has A7 open)...
