UA Can Acknowledge Email Instantly; Why Not US?
Just emailed UA about process for comped status. Immediate response:
"Thank you for contacting United Airlines. Your comments, both positive and constructive, help us to serve you better. Please know that we answer all e-mail inquiries and we will respond to your message as soon as possible."
I probably wouldn't have looked to move from US, if they had even acknowledged getting the first three emails I sent since the merger about several different topics including rollover. The last one I did get a response as reported in another thread took ten days to get an non-responsive answer.
