There are exceptions of course and by all means I suggest you use RCC agents for re-booking, dealing with delays, etc. as a 2nd option after elite line on the phone. But I always suggest you avoid getting a gate agent to deal with rebooking because they are swamped. Call the elite lines or reservations for rebooking and avoid the atrocious lines. Always.

Agreed**also would be nice***if the Mgmt was more proactive and had more agents available during irregular ops**As you know at this time the kiosks are of little value during any delay situations.Hang in there "shorttimer"
