MIA AC has none but there is a nice outdoor smoking area just before you get to the AC entrance near D34. Not so nice if it rains I suppose.

SCL has a large smoking room at the far end past the food and wine/liquor bar.

SDQ used to allow in the terminal but now they don't not that that stops everyone but in the AC it was never allowed.

MGA has no AC but has a pay lounge which is very easy to exit and re-enter with its own lackdasical security and thus you can go out to the exterior and smoke.

I quit Jan 1 but used all the aformentioned last year.
