Given HP's bad numbers, I've ALWAYS had a good experience with them. During TS Allison (whan IAH was under water), HP "rescued" me with a direct from SAT-PHX. Also, they'ce got some of the more creative meals in FC. Gate and in-flight personnel have always been great, too.
