Another PHX flier here. Until 6 wks ago my job had me on HP almost every week - some UA, some Delta, some BA - one marvelous BC class trip on NW to Japan.

HP is not bad to me - only one major delay and that was weather in BWI when all airlines were grounded. I feel well taken care of - those auto upgrades really spoil you after a while
