One time I decided to give Enterprise a try at DFW, and the agent actually had the nerve to tell me that it was Texas state law that I had to buy *their* insurance! Those .......s wasted an hour of my time while I argued with them and phoned my insurance company to fax them a copy of my auto insurance. What I got for my compact rate was a beat-up pickup truck with 30,000 miles on it that could not run the air conditioner and accelerate simultaneously. I complained when I returned the car, but all they did was make excuses.

I will NEVER rent from Enterprise again unless the car is free and it includes free gas! Paying a penny is simply not worth it!
