OLCI opens on a segment-by-segment basis, so I don't think single ticketing matters. For example, if I travel LHR-SIN-MNL on a single ticket, I OLCI for the LHR-SIN segment at T-48 hours (UK time), then wait another 14 hours or so until (T-48 hours) that corresponds to the SIN-MNL segment.
