While the lines at B are usually the shortest, I find that it's the slowest of all checkpoints with just one line open and most people being asked to go through the explosive checking machine. I think it was only reopened when the "new" AA check-in counter opened at Concourse A for AA customers travelling to Canada, Ecuador, Haiti and Mexico, right next to this security line.
