It will be A, B, C, D or E, all of which are connected airside. You can check online before your flight for a good probability of which concourse you'll be using, but nothing is guaranteed.
An A to E walk takes about 10-15 min for a person in good shape with little more than carryon baggage. You could split the difference and just go to C.
Personally, I'd clear security at D and go to the Admirals Club airside before heading to my flight, regardless of which concourse the LGA flight was using, but that's just me. I'd also recommend the BA Terraces lounge at A, but most folks traveling domestically don't have access.
