Annecdotally, the FAT-DEN flights I just booked on UX are on a CRJ-700 and the seat map showed F and E-, with no "premium" seats available. This was for October. I booked 3C, so, either way, I'll get a decent seat...

On the booking page, the "ex-plus" logo appeared under both outbound and inbound flights.
